“Give yourselves to serving the Lord.” (Deuteronomy 10:16)
You are happy to serve God and you have learned to do it through ordinary life experiences. Even events that seem undesirable, like illness or disappointment can lead to new opportunities for ministry and service.
Many of your service tasks are simple and ordinary, such as preparing a meal or helping a neighbor, but all are significant in the Kingdom. You accept each opportunity with gratitude, even if you don’t feel up to the task. You know that God will take you by the hand and lift you up, so you can serve Him by serving others.
It is vital that you remain alert and aware of the Holy Spirit’s direction. Through this divine guidance system, you will be in the right place at the right time to offer your services where they are needed.
You walk in favor every day, alert to service opportunities because you have a servant’s heart and a merciful spirit.
